Use Body & Massage Oil Relaxing as is or warm it in a water bath to body temperature. Only heat the amount needed for each occasion. Discard any unused heated oil. Massage the product in to stimulate blood circulation. Mix your own massage oil: Body & Massage Oil Relaxing can be used as a base if you want to add more essential oils to create your own massage oil. Since Lavender oil is gentle enough to use undiluted on the skin, it is also fine to add more of it, if desired. Bath oil: Pour 5 ml of Body & Massage Oil Relaxing into the bath water for a softening and relaxing bath.
