Moisten a cotton pad with Floral Toning Lotion and apply it over the face and neck - also use in the eye area - morning and evening after removing makeup, washing your face with water or using a mask.
Let the product penetrate the skin for a while before applying your regular face cream.
If you want to cleanse your skin and remove all traces of makeup, you should use a foaming cleanser, unless you prefer a gentler cleansing milk.
