Apply an appropriate amount to damp, freshly washed hair and comb through with a comb. Leave the mask in the hair for about 5 -7 minutes. It does not require heat. Rinse thoroughly. This mask is very strengthening for the internal structure of the hair and should be used before treatment with a conditioner. Use once a week and then less often as the hair's strength is rebuilt.
